If you decide to work with our Professional Services team, you will be assigned one of our Professional Services Managers so you will always have a single point of contact. He or she will work with your team to outline a migration plan; set goals and timelines; and bring the industry's best practices and process flows to your organization. Once processes have been defined, our Professional Services Manager will work with you to customize our application, so that it best suits your business needs. Along the way, we will train your systems administrators, who, over time, will be able to maintain and enhance the application themselves.
